For this project, techniques have been used completely different from the rest of the samples. The idea was to represent a single-family house in a way the more explicit as possible. It is a work own of a estate agency or a construction company whose main objective is to show potential customers the features of the house, forgetting the boring plans that are so difficult to interpret for many people.

From de start, computer graphics is done with a totally different approach. It aims to simulate a model rather than a scene from reality. That is why the environment simulates what could be a table and light is completely inert. Clear shadows are eliminated leaving only all softly lighted through degraded.
In order to give more attraction to the scene was done a simple animation through which is more easy to see how it's configured the interior of this house. For the animation was made different computer graphics, each one of them showing more and more parts inside the house, so that later, when mounted in Digital Fusion, you get an animation that shows how the house opens up to the viewer. This could be longed to complete the whole house, but here only shows a portion of the total.

Here we have captured some of these computer graphics can be see some of the intermediate steps. At the end of this exhibition shows the full animation.

Despite to simulate a model or a dollhouse, the details have been kept with such high quality that can achieve a sense of realism of the model itself. In this way the textures have remained impeccable cleanliness, without stains neither wear own of the reality and that is normal to find, but yes if it's a model.

Here we can see a detail than we can appreciate the objects of furniture of garden, some plants and the pool, which appear to be toys.

In this other case we can appreciate the quality of the vegetation. Even at its reduced size is maintained all the quality, as can be seen in the hedge.

Finally, the animation of the scene.
